Notes:
Roommate owes +1175 rent +975 move-in expenses. My old retirement accounts still haven't been wrapped up yet (moving my Roth to a new company, rolling over an old 403(b) to my Roth). The Roth was transferred in time for me to make a $416 payment to max out for last year. I don't have access to the new account online yet, so Retirement number uses actuals for other accounts and an estimate for Roth. Still haven't filed my taxes, but should receive about $200 from federal and about $30 from state. There's no penalty for filing late (or never filing) if you don't owe money. Also, owed ~$350 for work expenses.
