About Me |
42 years old, happily married to a strong, smart, beautiful woman and raising a strong, smart, beautiful little girl. After spending 10 years in the Accounting & Finance industry, moved to real estate full-time in 2016. I have been investing in real estate for 20 years. |
Why I Joined |
I joined another similar site years ago (NetworthIQ) and enjoyed tracking my progress in building wealth. I originally liked the idea of seeing how I “stack up” against others. Now I don’t really care much about how I compare…just like to see the monthly progress towards my FI. |
Best Financial Decision |
When I decided to invest in income-producing real estate. I love every minute of it and have never looked back. |
Worst Financial Decision |
Too aggressive with individual stocks. I allowed myself to be too emotionally tied to my investments. Doubled down on several stocks when I should have just cut the loss. |
Current Investing Strategy |
2022: 1- $10M sales 2-$2k gross monthly rent increases, $30k total monthly rent collected by year end. 3-LOC to zero 4-decrease tax bill by $15k
Mid Term Goal (by 45 aka: 1/1/2025): 1. 10 investment properties paid off. 2. NW = $3M
1. Replacing $5k per month income. 2. Increase savings to $100k (growth from investments) |
