We are selling our house at the end of this month, so adjusting the value to the contract value - transaction fees. We're excited to be moving into the new place just down the street. It has tons of character, costs a bit less than our current home and moves us into a preferred school district.
We're also taking the opportunity to take some equity out of our home and stash it in the bank...preparing for the leap into real estate full time!
