Notes:
Purchased a new rental house in late June. That purchase will take our total Liabilities to over $1M. Kind of scary and exciting at the same time. Still feeling like everyone is buying investment properties at values that just don't make sense. I feel like I am being left behind in this market sometimes, but I know that the landscape cab change at any time and I don't want to he tied down to assets that I have overpaid for and keep me from taking advantage if better deals in the future. Easy to say but hard to accept. Projecting Debt-to-assets = 51% Legend:"Cash" = all cash less tax reserves "Bonds" = Personal Emergency Fund"Annuities" = Investment Property Savings (minus security deposits)"Other Assets" = Business IOU"Other Real Estate" = Investment Properties (current market values)"Other Mortgage" = Investment Property Mortgages
