Under contract to purchase a duplex and single family home next month. Also refinancing a 2019 acquisition. That one was purchased with only 9% down (of sales price) 20 year @ 6% and now refinancing to 15 year @ 4.35%. Need to remember that trick again. Everything I own personally is now on a 15 year mortgage, and joint venture properties on 15 or 20 year, most at 5% fixed.

Goals for 2020: 1 - Acquire 10 new rental units (3/10 = L,L,N). 2 - $11M total real estate sales ($2). 3 - $1.5M net worth.

Legend:"Cash" = all cash less tax reserves "Bonds" = Personal Emergency Fund"Annuities" = Investment Property Savings (minus security deposits)"Other Assets" = Business IOU"Other Real Estate" = Investment Properties (current market values)"Other Mortgage" = Investment Property Mortgages

Hi Investorman...not sure if you remember me from about 10 years ago. You and I chatted for a very short period on Networthiq because we were in a very similar position and age. Looks like you've been doing great.
