Notes:
Refinanced personal home loan (cash out refi) at 2.75% fixed for 15 years. Using proceeds for a new roof on the barn, minor kitchen update with new stove, and putting the rest in savings. Nice to have a true savings balance of 6 figures that we could use if times get tough. That represents about 16 months of our household expenses...not including the mortgage payment which is paid by the rentals.
