Notes:
Adjusting value for autos...the used car market is in the headlines every day. Used car prices are way up...shortage of micro chips...new car lots are noticeably empty.

Daughter had a milestone birthday this month. So exciting to see her grow and be such an involved part of her life.. Starting to really feel a life that us unlike our peers. Beginning to really see the effects of money being used as a tool. Sometimes life is so good for us all that I feel a little guilty. I know I spend more time with my wife and daughter than 99% of the population. Wouldn't change it one bit.
