Notes:
First NWS report since onboarding to the prime contractor from a sub k employee. Got a $20k raise and now have a 5% match to my 401k contributions. No more getting paid weekly though. I have opted to contribute 10% and let the employer match get me to the recommended 15%. I now have to track accounts at Schwab, Vanguard, TSP, and Fidelity (at least until I can determine the least painful way to consolidate). My biweekly net has gone down despite the raise as I take advantage of the employer benefit offerings. It should balance out in time.

Updated housing value based on bank and realtor market assessment - this is not backed up and I think I'd have some repairs to do to make that value come to fruition.

I finally bit the bullet and opted to buy the subscription to Oracle's learning system... $4995 for a 1 year subscription but it is directly tailored to passing their exam. With luck, I'll have the OCP complete by late Spring. I had dragged my feet on this for three years and tried to find other avenues that were as productive without the significant cost to no avail. I'm hoping that this will create more opportunities to grow my income in the coming year. I'll pay off the charge with funds from savings and then reimburse myself over a couple of months.
