Condo is for sale! If sold at ~460$ net worth should adjust down a little bit (realtor fees). Will most likely rent for a little while. Did my own calculations of rent vs. own (was not trusting all these rent vs. own calculators on the net). Turns out, to no big surprise... if you have a long horizon, owning does workout to be the better deal... even at 0% return on purchase. Going to expand on this more in my own scenario and blog post about it.
