Notes:
For the first time, my estimated net worth has broken $250K. A quarter of a million dollars. Cigars for everybody! I knew it was too good to be true. The bond and stock markets decided to start being volatile again. And the "experts" claim that house prices aren't rising as fast as previously thought (even though similar models to my home are being sold for WAY higher than I'm stating here). I always have to wonder if the analysts really have any idea what's going on sometimes. My roadtrip to Alaska was a smashing success, but it turned out to be the most expensive trip ever taken, snatching away over $2,600. Thus the cash flow retreated just a bit. But I'm still waiting for the Federal/State tax amendment refunds to come in and give me that little extra bounce for July. I should also be receiving my property tax statement real soon. Once I get my hands on the market value, I'll stick the home asset at that amount and leave it. No longer will I be using any real estate websites to try and figure out the value every month. I'll make adjustments once or twice a year as I see fit.
