Notes:
The biggest piece of news for this round is that I received an unexpected raise at my primary job, which will help close the gap and loosen the noose (as far as keeping up with life expenses). I'm also entertaining the idea of a permanent part-time music job, which would forever take my Thursday evenings/Sunday mornings but provide a 15-20% boost in income. That will definitely help achieve my financial goals quicker, but I haven't brought myself to make a decision on that yet. Otherwise it's the same story: keeping overall net worth in an otherwise forward motion. With the help of year-end dividends, the short-term retirement goal ($100K) should be met by year's end. The cash balance may take a few months into 2017 to get where I want, but once it's there, I can focus on the few big purchases I keep bringing up (computer/car). More to come...
