Notes:
Everything advances in a positive net direction. Stock market continues to defy the odds and keep climbing. Home value does the same. Still building the cash horde with the next milestone in sight. Also working that credit card back down to normal levels. It didn't take long to find a new roommate after the new year started. The rent from that continues to go towards keeping the parents where they are until a permanent solution can be found. This rental period seems to be indefinite, so it's not like we're in a hurry. Expenses for the year? Looking at the next generation iPad Pro during the Spring, primarily for music performance. If that same fruit company happens to release a decent Mac Pro soon, that will greatly help. My 2005 Saturn is still chugging along, so it remains to be seen whether I'll pony up for a new ride at the end of the year. Vacations? Looking at going to Hawaii (the one state I haven't been to yet) in June, and then a 2-week trip back east in August, centered around seeing the total eclipse. The latter trip should be fully funded by the time we're ready to go, pending everyone's health.
