Notes:
For the first time ever, the $100k annual income threshold has been crossed, taking into account all salaries, side gigs, and bank interest. And it's not even the end of the year yet! With extra Christmas music gigs on deck, I'm on track to end up around $111k, barring any unforeseen changes. At this point I'm attempting to defer all other pending work (or at least compensation) over to 2019, as I'm already flirting with the next tax bracket in terms of AGI. I have a bunch of year-end contributions to make in the SEP and HSA departments, but won't know the final estimate until the last day of the year.

In other areas, I have reached what I have self-termed "mortgage parity" where the total amount of non-property assets could technically pay off the remainder of the mortgage. Not that I would ever do such a thing (who would empty out their retirement accounts to do that?), but it's an interesting milestone to observe.

I'll let you know what transpires on the last day of the year. Let's close it out!
