Stocks keep defying the odds, and I keep finding ways to ascend up the net worth ladder, surpassing $700K for the first time ever. Next goal is to attain $1 million in assets, although that depends on how well our housing/stock markets fare.
Work on all fronts is as busy as ever. Received my annual music royalty payments early, and also got the remaining escrow funds from my previous lender. New mortgage payments begin for June, but $200 less than before.
Other than that, there's not too much else to report. Maybe July will be more exciting!
