Notes:
As self-promised, all short-term (credit card) debt has been eradicated for the year. It’s a nice feeling going into 2022 with a clean slate.

Retirement funds were well-boosted, in addition to a bunch of capital gains and dividends (mostly shielded from taxes) plus I’m ready at the trigger to dump max contributions for 2022 as soon as the calendar turns, so expect some movement in Cash/Retirement for next month.

Overall it looks like I managed a 26.1% YOY increase in net worth. Not too shabby, but I have a feeling that won’t be sustained in 2022. Real Estate gains made up the bulk of the increase, and it’s hard to imagine such a scenario repeating itself. I expect much more modest gains, if not nearly flat.

The 7-figure threshold wasn’t quite breached, but I can smell it from here. Forward-looking calculations put me over in the next 30-60 days, provided stocks/RE don’t take a massive dump. I will be sure to mark the celebration when it happens.

Have an amazing 2022!
