Notes:
Career: I've made faster progress on my part of the project at work and got good feedback from my manager. I'm feeling good going into performance review season.

Life: We attended a couple family weddings but contracted covid during the second wedding. Thankfully we're all vaccinated so had mild cases and are 90% recovered. We're in the week long quarantine period and plan to go sight-seeing this weekend after it's done. Everyone here is selfish and isn't taking self-isolation seriously but I insisted on being a bit more careful about spreading covid and I'm taking a self-test before going anywhere.

Financial: We both did our backdoor roth conversion and invested the money. I got a sweet annual bonus worth 20% of my salary and invested most of it into my 401k. And my pay raise went into effect last month so I'm more comfortable with my ability to cash flow increased housing expenses without selling stocks. There's more inventory coming on the market now.

Health & wellness: I finally finished the Combat HIIT program and do yoga lately. I am hyper-mobile so I've been careful not to put weight on my elbow when it's overextended since a yoga teacher pointed out the risks a couple years ago. But I never thought about hyper-mobility of my mouth and started suffering from clicking and pain because of biting with my jaw overextended. I'm relearning how to bite and being careful to take manageable mouthfuls now. It's better to be mindful of this in my thirties than later on I guess.
