Notes:
Career: I read some posts about burnout which helped me put my feelings about my work into perspective. I realized I was missing efficacy and finished some easy tasks to get the ball rolling. Now I have a pipeline of tasks and some have proposed fixes where I just need to debug and fix errors until I get a good solution. I'm just going to my list of tasks every morning and doing something for each task until I get blocked.

Life: We flew to my parent's place for the holidays and had some family time. We saw Disney on Ice, the Mummers Parade, and New Years fireworks on the riverfront. We also celebrated three birthdays at home and had some nice dinners out. I let my partner help decide what dishes we eat during family meals which is giving him some efficacy and making him feel connected to the family as well. Finally I fought with my mom because she still see me as a child and doesn't trust me to make my own decisions.

Financial: We learned tax loss harvesting and sold crypto at a loss which cancelled out most of our capital gains. I'm really proud of us for doing this.

Health & wellness: I finished my 30-day strength training program! I'm doing a lot of yoga and meditation now and have various workout challenges I want to do next. I also reminded my parents to start taking vitamins again. I'm optimistic going into this new year.
