| New month, new way of life. In August I decided to payoff my auto loan. Now I am debt free and it feels great! My cash took a nice upswing this month thanks to me paying MYSELF the $238 payment instead of my bank.
Next stop, 15 year Mortgageville, of course that is still at least 1 year away, and probably more like 3-5 depending on how things go the next couple of years. That has a lot of variables including job movement, a significant other, or something else life changing. |
