| The month of April was a little choppy and toppy for the stock market. I lost about 1% on the month. Other than that my cash cushion continued to increase, as I draw ever closer to buying a home in October. Hopefully, only 5 rent payments remaining. Another couple of months and I will be beginning my search for a house!
My sister paid back a debt she has owed for over 5 years. I was blown away to have seen the money. I had stopped asking her for it years ago, but she said she wanted to payback her loan.
December 31, 2012 goals:
