New real estate is 500k house that was purchased with fiance. Since we are not married Im only counting half the mortage and assessed value towards my net worth. Since area real estate appreciates at an average of 4% per year I will reflect this in my monthly net worth.
Extra jobs continues to help a great deal and cash continues to come in. 3k dollars of cash was put into stocks to take advantage of the down turn. Soon upwards of 30k maybe transfered to stocks to take advantage of the high dividend yeilds present.

Now 29, net worth goal of $250,000 by 30 reached 9 months early. Personal net worth could be 350,000 by years end will be over 500,000 once married to fiance in September.
