Notes:
Net worth now relects combined net worth of my wife and I. The Market had a good November. Being equity heavy has helped again. Looking to invest as much as possible especially if there is another downturn. A large amount of cash has been saved again. Will try to build up a bit more before investing in more stocks or an income property or commercial property. Real estate is single family home, will appreciate at 4% a year average for my area which is 1500 a month. I held it flat this month as the Case/Schiller index fell and I dont want to get ahead of myself on valuation. Misc Asset is jewlery and is entered at appraised value. Now 30, wife 27, net worth goal of $250,000 by 30 reached 9 months early on my own. Every entry before 10/10 reflects this. We are looking for a net worth of 600,000 + by years end. 1 million within the next 2 years. A big part of our success has been due to very little debt with a heavy amount of assets, esp stocks. We are very equity heavy, holding NO BONDS. I look for stocks with very little debt, growing EPS, large cash balance, and increasing dividend. Carry on.....
