Even though the market is clearly over valued, now that we have saved up a good cash buffer and a down payment for a house, against my better judgment we are going re-start investing in the market. I do think the market crash is coming sometime in the next year or so. But, I think most financial advisers would say you shouldn't try to time the market and you should worry about the long term.

sorry, you have 1 already, you need to be in a right school district before the beginning of the year they will attend school.

Thanks auzzieyank, yes we have 1 toddler, but we live in Los Angeles, where to me house prices seem at least as over priced than the stock market. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/LXXRSA/ But, I agree with you that the stock market is over priced too.
