Notes:
Holding cash in order to purchase new fund. Finding it hard with the current work schedule to conduct research and find the appropriate stock. The delay may not be so bad as it allows me to continue to build up money towards a fund that may have a high minimum initial investment. Cash also includes money being saved for X-mas presents and trip overseas for the New Year. Other assets reflects my money market fund account (savings), which I forgot to update over the last several months. I have decided that I will need to scale my plan back a little bit for paying off my credit card. I will continue to make regular payments, but I realize that I have ambitions to travel while I remain in South Korea. This includes my venture for the holiday seasons, one trip to the Philippines, and my big trip back to the U.S. after I finish my tour. My U.S. trip will also involve another overseas country before I visit friends and family. After assessing everything, I think that I have an acceptable amount of debt that can be paid off in time. I probably wont have the opportunity to travel to other Asian countries at the price that I am to do right now, so I will accept the debt with the understanding that I will aggressively pay it down once I have completed my movement to my next assignment in 2015.
