Notes:
We are looking good to move in for Feb 1, so should start generating more cash from rent payments. Will not have to get accessible door.
Stocks have been volatile but have bounced back. I had purchase significantly more equities when they dropped in value.
There will be more Renovation payments for the office space. That accounts for the increase in "other debt" and I have not reflected the improvements to the value of "other real estate" which currently comprises the cottage (250k) and Office (450k) purchase prices. The office value will very likely have increased with the upgrades.
Payment for new car was made.
The new clinic is up and running and generating cash, but is not yet reflected in the above as it has not paid out dividends.
