Notes:
Very interesting Month.

Closed on the Rental property, which I had to buy without mortgage due to zoning issues. As a result, "other debts" increased because 350k was used on lines of credit to fund the purchase (along with another 380k of stock sales give or take). However, once rezoned, which should be soon, it will be mortgaged to 80% with nearly 600k being returned to repurchase stocks and pay off lines of credit.

My market timing may have been good strangely enough. I sold off stocks and then there has been about an 8% decline in major indices, so who knows it might have been a great play.

The rental property is getting rented and once rezoned should be cash flow positive. had to pay remaining tax until year end.

So in sum a lot of cash has gone out this month but hopefully will result in having two cash flow properties that pay for themselves.
