Notes:
Pleased to have paid down the credit card before I lost the 0% interest rate which ended at the end of May. Cash reserves took a hit to do this, but I'll will be re-building the reserves over the next few months. Have not been working the restaurant job for about a month and I can note reduction in cash on hand, and also the temptation to spend more since I have more free time and tend to pay for diversion. Trying to be more content to relax, and enjoy life with out always having to pay for it (theatres, dining out, shopping, etc.) Would like to look into refinancing the condo for a better rate. Would also like to contribute more each month towards the principal of the condo. Continue to max out ROTH IRA contributions. Re-distributed my contributions to retirement to a more reasonable "growth" strategy, which more closely follows common stock index.
