Notes:
Received a 401(k) bonus of about 10K and a cash bonus of $15K gross or $8K net. I applied $16K to the principal of my mortgage reducing it to under $200K. We also traded in our Nissan Rogue for a used Nissan Pathfinder and had to add $7K cash. This was much needed as our family has grown to 4 plus a dog. Our plan is to pay off the primary mortgage within 7 years.
