Notes:
First Entry Month of Oct
Markets continue to remain wobly! To top it all our household income has dropped, with spouse now out of work and expenses have gone up significantly (see outstanding cc bill, hitting 5 digits for the month ooofff!). Amidst all this, I am trying to simplify life! For starters, I will stop reporting bond and equity nonretirement investments as separate! Finally work commute is starting to feel painful!! Hoping for some positive news and change for the better!!!

3rd Week of Oct: Markets turmoil continue. 10-year yield massively jumped up in the last week. I loaded up on 20-year treasury, hoping to see a peak in rate soon! The commute to work is hell and not enjoying at all! Came across two good retirement blogs, plan to spend this weekend exploring ideas presented in these! Also need to make some changes to portfolio to begin to feel a bit comfortable with money situation! Spouse income has gone down drastically, so necessarily some adjustments are due in household expenses!
