First week of Nov saw a massive market rally resulting in some semblence of portfolio normality. Debt levels on credit has reached unprecedented levels, an indicator of living large life that our family has embarked on in the recent months! Hoping for return to normal life in the new year!
Last two weeks the markets seemed to have bounced back quite a bit on the heels of inflation cooling down! It is a temporary move? Only time will tell! Though I need to seriously consider moving out some more funds out of equities into bonds/savings in prep for dry powder should we see another correction
Started using Tillerhq to track finance and budget and must say, being an sheets guy, I am loving it! There is some upfront work and learning curve but nothing too onerous. The market rally continues with yet another short but positive week in the markets. I am trying to gradually exit out into treasury and if the rally continues further, I may accelerate my transition to the safety of bonds! |
