Markets finally stopped rising. Property prices seem to be rising again. Saw a big bump in Redfin estimate for our primary property, making me re think how I report Home value here. Its certainly more than what I paid for in 2018 (price reported here). For now though will keep it as is.
2nd week of Jan: Slow week, markets were pretty much flat! Bank earnings with JPM hitting out of part and other big banks not so much. Irony except JPM, I own other big banks :(

4th week: Missed update in the second week. Last two weeks have been quite solid for my portfolio, with big upswings in some of my holdings. I am trying as hard as I can to move to cash but still not sure my pace is correct! I am worried the markets are getting too heated and if history is any guide correction is probably due soon, if not for any reason but profit taking!
