Notes:
2013 Personal Savings Rate: 5.41% EOY Target was $86,770 (original plan from December 2009). I adjusted the rental home's value to use the Fair Market Value from our property taxes. I also adjusted the value of our cars based on Kelley Blue Book values (used "Very Good" condition for both). Our credit card balance is running high this month (mostly due to Christmas and some medical bills), but we still pay it off monthly, so it's not a concern. We lost discipline in 2013 and overspent by a long shot. According to Quicken, we spent about 30% more than our salary, which doesn't even seem possible (I need to verify that number). Our savings dwindled down due to overspending. We need to get back on track for 2014.
