Notes:
Not getting too much love from the markets, but that's everyone being super cautious, which I don't blame them with all the financial teetering in play. I've really curtailed my credit card spending as it was a little more elevated than I'm used to.

After 2 years of being relatively trouble-free, my rental is having quite the unlucky streak with multiple maintenance and repair items the last 6 months, including a complete irrigation replacement, sinking my investment account by $6,000 which will take the rest of the year to claw back. I can see how some people just don't want to deal with this kind of stuff, property manager or no. It can be very discouraging when it's one thing after another. I'm hoping the last of the issues are in the rear-view mirror. I don't have too much room to complain as the house has appreciated over 30% since I bought it 3 years ago.

Two major freelance projects are left to finish so that should boost the business income substantially when they're complete, but that's another 30-60 days out. I continue to grind at the 9-5, which seems to be the only thing reliable these days.

I'm just gonna shut myself up in the house and play the new Zelda game on my (limited) free time. That will keep my spending habits (and sanity) from getting carried away. Good bye.
