Notes:
October markets fared worse than anticipated (and we all know the reason[s]). Should have left my cash alone a little longer, but no one can predict the future, plus I already prevented a $1600 loss last month so no need to beat myself up over it.

Tried to keep expenses minimal, despite a week-long trip out of state (Seattle) spending close to $1000. That's the nature of taking a vacation, but I managed to keep overall discretionary spending from getting out of control. Although the dreaded Black Friday sales are coming, I'm not really looking to spend this year (as I practically killed it on the 2022 home renovation).

Major (business) purchases are on the horizon, starting in Spring 2024. Meanwhile, I'll have to save up as much as possible in the business department. There should be extra music gigs for Christmas in addition to one last gasp of web freelance to launch my cash at a year-end high. I'm hoping the markets somewhat recover as well. Not sure if I can reach 1.2MM net worth by the end of the year but it's a worthy goal.

Here we go...
