Career: Chipping away at the way too big for me project. Learned that writing things down right after I do them helps me pick up where I left off when I need to return to them after having dropped them for a while. So I'm trying to make time to write more things down. Had a discussion with my manager about things we feel stupid about, it helped with imposter syndrome.
Life: Happy May 4th! May the Fourth be with you! Spouse and I started going out to various parks and vista points in the evenings and today I'm planning for us to visit a Yoda Fountain.
Financial: Didn't touch taxes yet but have to file this month. I don't expect to pay anything but still holding 15K just in case which is not tracked here.
Health & wellness: Working out every other day which is good enough. Stopped paying for a meal service every week, we'll just get it on demand. Getting the second shot of the Covid vaccine which I hear it has non-trivial side effects so want to take care of work and food prep before then. |
